Free Shipping Within Pakistan
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan. No minimum purchase required. Whether you're ordering one candle or a complete gift set, shipping is on us.
Our Courier Partner: PostEx
We proudly partner with PostEx as our exclusive courier service provider to ensure your orders are delivered safely, quickly, and reliably across Pakistan.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your PostEx tracking details.
Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PKT may be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS from PostEx. You can track your order's journey in real-time by visiting the PostEx tracking portal:

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at luktsofficial@gmail.com.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. LUKTS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you've entered the wrong shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at luktsofficial@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed with PostEx.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for all orders within Pakistan through PostEx. No additional fees apply.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
LUKTS is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the package is handed over to PostEx. However, if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at luktsofficial@gmail.com, and we will investigate the issue with PostEx on your behalf.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, LUKTS only ships within Pakistan using PostEx courier services. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We also do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
